Year 2SR visit Deep Hayes Country Park
Year 2SR had a fantastic day out at Deep Hayes Country Park, bringing learning to life! As part of our geography topic, we explored the differences between physical and human features, spotting natural woodland landscapes alongside man-made structures. Linking to our science topic on habitats, we discussed the plants and animals that live in the woods and how they depend on their environment. The children also took time to create beautiful observational landscape drawings, carefully capturing the natural beauty all around them. What a wonderful day of learning outdoors!
