Year 1SG visit Peak Wildlife

Year 1SG have had a brilliant adventure at Peak Wildlife. We saw a wide range of animals from all across the world. Year 1SG were keen to share their knowledge from their science topic animals including humans. For each animal we identified which animal family they belonged to and whether it was a carnivore, herbivore or omnivore, as well as learning some fun facts along the way. We were very excited about the wallabies as we even got to feed them! Some of the wallabies had joeys, which are baby wallabies that live in their mother's pouch. If you take a close look, you might just see one.
