Year 5LS visit London
On Wednesday 26th June 2024, Year 5LS enjoyed visiting London for the day. Although the sun was extremely hot, we learnt and visited a lot of the most famous London attractions such as the London Eye, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben and 10 Downing Street. We started our day at The Tower of London before travelling into the centre of London on a boat cruise which we thoroughly enjoyed. On the London Eye we got to see lots of the landmarks around London. We learnt when the flag is lifted at Buckingham Palace, King Charles III is home. We all enjoyed the day on the Tube, and enjoying the weather around our capital city.
