Year 3SS visit Cadbury World
Year 3SS visited Cadbury World to support their learning on the Charlie and the Chocolate factory. During the trip, the children explored the story of how chocolate was invented and the origins of the cocoa bean. During the talk the children learnt how different types of chocolate were made and even got to watch employees during the making process! The children got to see how chocolate was made and were able to have a go at traditional chocolate-making techniques like moulding and sculpting chocolate. We all had an excellent day!
