Year 1GC visit Canalside Farm
Today we went strawberry picking at Canalside Farm! We picked all of the ripe strawberries, as well as looking at different fruits and vegetables and how they are grown and looked after. We looked at the importance of eating healthy foods and how the different colours of fruit and vegetables can benefit different parts of the body. This links to our Paddington Bear story as he loves strawberry jam!!
