Year 4LG visit to Chester Deva Roman Experience Museum
During our Dewa Roman experience, Year 4 were today enlisted into the Roman Army. We met a veteran of the legion who put us through our paces as we marched through the streets of Chester chanting, carrying our shield and making sure that we stayed in formation! We worked together as a team to create Roman military formations including the testudo and we became the finest soldiers that Chester has ever seen!
