Year 5 experience life as a Viking
Year 5 stepped back in time to experience life as a Viking.
The Vikings settled in York after they invaded Britain and so 5LG and 5AL conquered the city of York too! We went to visit the famous Jorvik Centre where we made our way through the galleries which showcased many unique artefacts found by archaeologists. We even experienced a Viking market which included the revolting smells of the era!
